I didn't get chance to meal plan yesterday (I was too busy online shopping instead) but I woke this morning with the aim/intention of trying to get back on plan and make some inroad at least before weigh in.
For want of a better description, I'm kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place at the moment because I want to be good but I have a freezer full of food that isn't quite sw friendly.
Anyhow I decided that breakfast would be grapefruit (free) and Post Grape nuts (HEB serving).
I didn't eat the Post Grape nuts and one of my colleagues bought us all cakes (mine's in my bag to be passed off to my better half or  to be binned)
Mid morning snack instead was a kit kat (5.5 syns I think)
Lunch was a birds eye steamfresh penne pasta dish (6 odd syns) (not ideal) but thought might warm me up on this wet day. Added some grated cheese (may be part of my HEA) or synned) but then picked this off as some of the cheese had gone mouldy! Most of the pasta dish went in the bin as well because well it was pretty tasteless.

So no proper lunch and no proper plans for tea either and no real inspiration to go running either (in the rain)! Hopefully I will be able to plan a better day tomorrow.

Yes I love the Walking dead ... I am waiting to watching tonight ater the kids are in bed.

I do normally have a takeaway on walking dead night and a few gins though :/ .... Im guessing Im gonna have to take a rain check on that though and just enjoy the program. Awful being used to treats at certain times eh ... you get in such a routine.

    Today I have had

    B: x2 boiled eggs , a pear and a banana
L: few prawns with some rice , bean sprouts, spring onions and peas with soy sauce.
Dinner : planning to have home made burger with my HEB Wholemeal roll and actifry chips .... possibly a side salad
With syns as cheese slice , ketchup , sweet chilli sauce (5ish)

I might have 2 double gins tonight ;) but scared it will make me want a snack :(

Hi all, I'm back to bug you all again. I've skim read what I've missed and I see we have some newbies - Hi!

TIE make the most of your time off - and go back to doc if you don't feel up to going back.

Rome was fab, as expected. And a lovely 20C - 25C - came home to 8C so I'm frozen!!!

Lots of walking (and many stairs climbed too) but not enough to balance out the much delicious food consumed so I have to report a 2.4lb gain, so I think I finish with a gain overall. Thanks, shala, for letting me let the end down again.

    Night all.
