That's great wiz, and look at all that Speed food!!:D

Sun Pat NAS peanut butter is 4.5 syns for a tablespoon and 1.5 for a teaspoon. That's for smooth or crunchy. Other brands seem to be much the same syns.

Do you have much more to lose Emmylou? Sometimes weightloss can slow down when you're getting close to target but if you keep sticking to the plan you'll get there in the end.:)

ETA: the Iceland SW chicken jalfrezi was acceptable last night but wouldn't rave about it. I tasted it first and it seemed sweet and bland so I added some more curry powder and cumin. The sauce was a bit watery but that could have been my fault adding a bit of frozen spinach. I might adapt the recipe on the box and try it myself.

We're off to watch football in the pub. I just checked the 'new' autumn menu but it looks much the same as the summer menu to me. Roast dinners are pretty pathetic there (how come frozen peas and carrots are always the vegetables in season?) so with roasties and mash and a Yorkshire it's carb heavy with just a few carrots. I'll probably have a steak and salad but I'm going to ask for no onion rings as once they're on the plate I'll just eat them. I'll have chips so that should be the only syns (in the food;)).

I've had my SW breakfast (baked beans with HEB toast) and any snacks tis evening will be SW friendly. Tomorrow I'm starting 3 straight days back on plan:).

    Have a good day all.:)

Hello wanderr. You're very welcome to join the thread:). We're in the final week of our Halloween challenge but if you'd like to join the next one just keep posting and there'll be a new one soon where you can set a target up to Christmas if you want to.

I'd suggest posting your menus if you have time. Although I'm at target I post mine every day as it helps me stick to my weekly meal plan. I believe planning and Speed are the most important part of SW. You'll also get quick feedback if you're going wrong anywhere.

Morning all... well it was when i first started the post!

The sister has gone out for a walk with my dad so I have a bit of spare time to catch up on the thread :D We've been off plan and out for a few meals so I dread to think what weigh in will be this week, however, I've only seen her twice this year so we'll enjoy the time together and then back to it.

Well done all the losers :T:T great nsv Emmylou :T

Welcome to the board Debbiedodge, please feel free to join in even though you aren't in the challenge. Ask questions, post menus, tell us about your day, whatever you want if it helps keep you on track:D Not everyone on the thread is in the challenge.. I'll start the new thread next week, can't believe it'll be 8 weeks till Christmas

Welcome to the board wanderr, we're just finishing off this challenge (1 week left) and starting a new one the at the end of next week. You can let me know a target for that 1 week till the 30th October if you want but if not then, as above, please feel free to post in the meantime as not everyone on the board participates in the challenge. Well done on your weight loss so far :T
-0.5lb last night at weigh in - do we have one more week on this challenge??

yup, one more week, this one ends on the 30th Oct... the next one will run from 31st Oct - 25th Dec :santa2:
"The Asda"!! I thought that phrase was very specific to my hometown but maybe not :D

:rotfl: we say The Asda in the Midlands too..

Wiz, I'm going to follow your example and go and write down all the fruit and veg that I like, it may help when planning meals to get a bit more variety of speed rather than carrots and butternut squash all the time!

Hope everyone's having a great weekend xx
