Still at it. Find best way to avoid spending is to stay home. No hardship as fridge and freezer are full and lovely family here.
Jobs done. Even made 2 Christmas cakes ready.
Feel organised.
Just briefly am in control! It won't last , never does.

Let me know how YNAB goes for you CCL. I am a bit of a YNAB geek as you know
doesn't take long once it's set up but maybe a month or so to get all of your categories right etc. I used it for a month then ' made a fresh start '. X

* Just opened wardrobe to find rail had fallen down again. Will go to ironmonger for new fitting. Hopefully will get one for about £2 to save needing a new wardrobe. I fixed it about 6 months ago using the old fitting, but that has now died a death.
Hurrah, managed to find a fitting for £4.99. It's a bit more than I wanted to pay but it's cheaper than a new wardrobe.Debt-free day: 8th May 2015 "Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck," Dalai Llama0 -
Well,
I'm back here to report in again. Plus I've done my tutoring, visited my mam, caught up with bestie and got the kids to earn their pocket money... So reasonably productive.
Thanks for the offer of help LaE and Speky too. I've set up a new budget so we'll see how we go with it. I just find it a faff updating everything and soon lose track so I need to make a real effort. Bonus today is that I've had a nsd apart from petrol which was planned...
Just about to start with crochet. So we'll call today a success I think.
Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control
