The poor will make you richer. I know it's sounds wrong but that's how the rich get richer. You have no choice but to jump on the misery of others. It's survival of the fittest at the end of the day. The lefties would do the same thing when provided with the opportunity.
You speak the truth.
Funny how those in disagreement with you have no qualms about the virtual slave labour that went into making their ipads, iphones, desktops or the clothes on their back.
Such a shame these moralising hypocrites don't own mirrors.0 -
Could you please share with us what "again" means? Which period to you believe we were a greater nation than now? Which period are you hoping to emulate by becoming great "again"?
Maybe he means the good ole days of the three day week, the sick man of europe or our foray into the ERM. Maybe the pole tax riots or pensioners dying of pneumonia in their own homes because they couldn't afford to heat them.
So many great times to choose from!0 -
I thought of this thread and the shame we Brexiteers must endure, when I found this;

Political discourse became drenched in a distinctly middle class kind of sneering at the lower orders, a sneer covered in faux-progressive shades of sanctimonious outrage
Brexiters owe young and old Remainers something more than just a deep or heartfelt apology. Brexiters need to kneel down before Remainers. They should kiss their feet, suck their toes, know their place, and appreciate the fact they are even allowed to vote, given how thick, old-fashioned, and hateful they are

Brexiteers should be ashamed.
My company is shutting down its UK operations and moving to Europe. We're based in central London. My friend's companies are also shutting now and moving to Europe.
I interviewed with Skype in Microsoft last month and today there was this in the BBC. Microsoft shutting down SKype and moving to Europe.
I mean... does anyone care? Things are unraveling and the UK hasn't even started the process.

No Brexiteer should be ashamed because they voted for what they wanted to happen.
If any group should be ashamed it's the people who wanted to remain but were too lazy to go & vote. That's who bitter Remainers should be targetting their ire at.0 -

Have you just woken up to this. What happened when Cadbury was taken over for example? Has nothing to do with Brexit. US Corporations are only interested in making profit. They have no social conscience.0 -

Meanwhile a host of foreign firms want to expand / invest into Britain, even Apple are said to be wanting to acquire McLaren.
Jet2 announced 1000 new jobs and new routes.
Blaming the natural ebb n flows of business on Brexit is a bit much.
You do know the EU is not a place of certainty right? Business over there faces all manner of change and uncertainty to include the potential of referendums. It would be very unwise to jump out of the pan into the fire.
Google Germans business news and you will notice closures and redundancies reported - all part of the business world.0 -
Always remember, a vote to remain was not a vote to guarantee no change, far from it.0

Maybe an opportunity for you to make the move to Europe also, and leave the sinking ship?
Fallout from the Brexit vote is already "silently killing" Britain's technology sector.

Ah I see, so 'businessmen' assume the EU means no change, nothing but rainbows and gold pots?
