Yes that other one is definitely more appealing.

I apologise to the OP, but you did ask...

I don't like much about your house at all. Not keen on the colours in the decor, (browns/beiges/black and grey kitchen!) or the boiler in the lounge, or the bland bathroom with a plastic bath, or the almost 100% brick front garden, or the unappealing back garden; also, the rooms look pokey, and it seems way over-priced. Are properties usually that expensive in Bristol? And if so, why? There are some parts of the UK where you could get a gorgeous 4 bed detached for £220K.

I know some people on here say they like it, but I wouldn't give it a second glance. Not even it was dropped by £50K.

    Sorry.
It's actually reasonably cheap for the region. Where I live in N Bristol, 2 bed flats are selling at around £200k and 3 beds sell between £250-330k.

Bristol isn't one of them or anywhere near one.

I'm not so very far away and £220k is park home territory around here, if you are lucky. Such as

That looks as if it's the bottom of someone's garden!

Haven't got as much done as I'd hoped today but I have bought lots of plants for the garden and taken some photos of the kitchen. It definitely looks bigger. I wasn't able to rearrange any furniture but just thought I'd have a quick go. Even though it looks quite empty, I still think it's an improvement. What do you all think? (As a new user I can't post links, just remove the space - hope this is allowed!)

Hope that someone can give me some advice. As the title says, our house has been on the market for 15 days and we haven't had a single viewing.

Our office is down to 35% of normal staffing levels. Now isn't the time to create property chains.

Much better! Lots of people wouldn't want a conservatory as the only dining space, so its good people can now see the room is plenty big enough to be a kitchen diner.

Can I ask, why don't you use that huge space in the kitchen to eat? Now I can see it it looks bigger than the conservatory.

Thank you. It's not bigger than the conservatory, just a rubbish photo of the conservatory! We use that space for other things, usually a high chair and toys, not things people want to see in a photo!

I've updated all the interior photos today. Moved a couple of things around but haven't had chance to do anything major. I thought it would be best to get better photos on quickly, even if they're not perfect. Exterior tomorrow if it ever stops raining!
