Arashtrip. I think you'll find Communist countries such as Cuba or North Korea actively prevent those "who don't like the rules" from leaving or actively jail them.
Also in former Communist entities such as East Germany. The Berlin Wall and Inner German Border wasn't built for banter you know.0 -
Really we should change all the laws when someone comes here who doesn't like them. It's what they do in the middle east, I understand.0

I'm still struggling with the comparison of a country that makes you pay tax with one that throws gays off buildings.
I guess in the latter you'd at least be able to sue if the property you bought hadn't been declared as a !!!!!exual launch station.
Personally though I'm happy to pay a bit of cash to the govt to avoid that unfortunate outcome.0 -
I think it would be a really good idea to have a system where people can be sued for saying things about a property that were not true. It would make house buying a LOT more exciting where no one said anything at all for fear of being sued if they made a mistake.0

You may believe it is a house, but I really couldn't comment! If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
i voted for brexit as i do not want to not only pay for lazy benefiters here but also for the likes of them in France, Spain or Poland.
Ah, the ultimate oxymoron. A racist immigrant.
Did no one tell you not to read the Daily Mail when you got here?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Getting back to the original point, it would make an interesting case if someone did take a seller to court on the basis of a blatant falsehood. IANAL but on the face if it I don't see why the claimant wouldn't have a good case.0

He's not defined or referenced their ethnicity but their nationality. A xenophobic immigrant perhaps but not racist.0 -

Hasn't defined his own race either. But certainly seems to think himself superior to several difference nationalities of one race.
Can't prove it either way as we don't know the OP.
What we do know is that he's quite the hypocrite.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Because there can be quite a difference between lying and telling the truth but then circumstance changes.
The boiler that was working perfectly but suddenly decides to stop working for the new owner. It happens.
I don't believe for a second that contracts could be so vague and yet successful. Lord knows lawyers can spend a lot of time and money arguing over contract clauses and their meanings. It shouldn't be about "lying" because it's hard to prove. That would be a contract clause very difficult to enforce.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
