That country is in Middle East and yes they put phrases in the offer that anyone who said something wrong could be sued and has to pay a huge penalty (up to 10% of the purchase price).
Honestly, I have to agree that ok these are the rules of this country and I have to obey like many other ridiculous rules and laws in this country. But on a logical level, telling lie to get an offer is a fraud and I can see it can be sued in many other areas such as banking, finance, etc. They wasted our time, energy and money. We asked them in writing that it should be chain free and I found out about it in the last stages. If it cannot be sued, I really made many wrong assumption for this country.
Go back to your own country then as ours is so ridiculous0 -
So as said elsewhere, if you prefer the methods and ways of your original country, why not go back there if you feel the need to post on a forum about your grievence?0

before saying nonsense suggest you to educate yourself more as driving and working in many middle eastern countries are completely free and like many other people you have a very wrong understanding of other countries and still think we are living in 19th century. so say something useful and please dont waste time.
I would say 17th century, dont think you are as enlightened as the 19th.

and I replied before if you read them! I am not talking about the immigration or lifestyles or anything else, I am talking about home purchase and its process is ridiculous and lengthy in this country. Instead of being arrogant try to pick up the good rules and methods.

There are good and bad points about any country like paying huge taxes for nothing in this welfare estate, etc. I immigrated based on my personal weighing. I've paid huge taxes to fund other people lives and I know there are good points about many countries in the middle east. for your information many american and britons are working now in UAE to enjoy a safer country with zero taxes. SO PLEASE TRY TO EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE POSTING
Safer!?
ever single coutnry inthe middle east resides lower than the UK on the global peace index with the exception of Qatar (a large part of that is our desire to be involved in external conflicts). O and Qatar seems like a lovely place to be with all the slaves you get.0 -
