Great idea Ally (and very clever), thank you.
Bought new work shoes and trousers yesterday and feel a bit guilty, even though they are needed.
Been out on the new bikes today and my shoulder is a bit sore, think the bike needs adjusting somewhere. DH will look at it with me. Roast dinner for tea and I have already done the veg for tomorrow nights stew which will go in the slow cooker in the morning..
Oh and I thought about my friends on here last night. Went to a birthday party at a local hotel (free buffet and I was driving so I drank water) and when I went to the loo there were coins all over the floor that had come out of someones pocket when they sat down. £1.80 just sitting there but it did occur to me that most people probably wouldn't have picked it up. The floor looked fairly clean and most coins are filthy anyway arent they?
Well back to work after a week off tomorrow, its going to be busy. Need to get some hours in at job no. 2 as well.0 -
Evening
Thanks to all those sending get well vibes, I'm not feeling as tearful, but achy and tired are still with me which is surprising as I have spent the majority of today sitting in the living room with the children both of whom were unwell, ds was vomiting in the early hours and they have both been running a temperatureOH has been fetching and carrying food and drink and all the other jobs that needed doing.
Today was unsurprisingly a NSD, we stuck to the meal plan & all food and drink was from stores. For entertainment we mainly watched things we have previously recorded and read books we already owned.
We have all gone to bed for an early night, hopefully tomorrow we will all be feeling a lot better.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

Bob it reminded me that years ago our office cleaner also cleaned a busy town centre pub. She was first in to clean the bar on a morning and made a fortune from gathering up coins dropped by drunk customers the night before.
Hope tomorrow is a better day BB. I need to put this down and get some sleep!0 -
