The work friend sounds like an exhausting liability. I hope your little chat with her, ‘lands’ and she grows up a bit!
She will be 60 this year!
I came home to a stealth cuke, a handful of purple string beans and 7 beautiful tomatoes. DH said " they weren't there yesterday! Where did they come from?" To be fair they were only flowers when I left. I told you my plants thrive on neglect. Deadheaded ruthlessly this morning between showers.
First work laundry load on.
Kids are fine, DH saw the drop in food stores firsthand while I was away. He is horrified at the level of night time munching. I have told him I am not going to be restocking at the level I have been while I don't have to make sure I have enough in for packed lunches and breakfast cereal. We need quantum food … You know, when the door closes the food that was edible in there reverts back to the original atoms of their make up. Then they reassemble themselves back to the foods when the door reopens in the morning. Could save loads of fridge energy storing the food overnight … 🤔greenbee said:
