    As at 15.08.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,048  Interest saved £5,675 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    That's a good party - and 80 is my target !!  All for under a grand!!.  In other news I am having a mandatory health check from my work - in which I will be told to be less plump and more fit and work pays a similar sum for that excellent advice

    Sent off an email at 9am to the relevant person asking for confirmation that they have received the claim, and asked when it would be paid.........Radio silence all day.
