It's amazing how much time and effort other people's problems can cause - even if you are not directly responsible. Not unsympathetic - its hard out there and people make different decisions how to cope.  Not always good ones

Well done on the weight - running is good for the spirit but not if its 30 degrees + be careful out there

Can't see myself in lycra - was bad enough in my youth when I had some proper cycling shorts with padding - but getting it over and done with is a sound plan

Now I am going to have to apologise because I read that & then had a totally inappropriate laugh.  As I thought well now we know why you got that job.  You are a safe pair of hands & can deal with whatever c*** crops up, as indeed you did & saved them the bother.  I would say well done but that sounds a bit condescending

I will take any 'well done's in whatever tone anyone wants to throw at me.
I was accused of overkill when I asked for the amazing security guard to escort The Muppet from the building, but he has gone completely off the rails (and probably on a bender)  is stalking the team on social media and making a total nuisance of himself.   Good Lord, the only person he hasn't tried contacting is me! He is a proper trouble maker.
By the way, this muppet is 48, not a kid, he is a full grown man refusing to take responsibility for his actions.   Total Muppet.
