Unusable test results? Yup, definitely GP incompetence! Hope the nurse is more adept.

I’m impressed by the double descaling of kettle and then loo 😊 Do you use a homemade formulation for this or an off the shelf one?

Off the shelf bottle. It does about 4 kettles and 4 coffee machines per bottle. The loo is just a bonus.
Utterly Bl00dy DS4 has come home crawling with 'pets'from school. The 'special comb' has been deployed 3 x and the tiny egg comb twice.  Waiting for the last roofer to come and quote 'about 10ish' ......still waiting...... Then will go and buy tea tree shampoo,  and death traps for Emma. Love that Oxford comma.  <3
DS3 is pet free. Poor DH will spend the next week shivering like a whippet in a thunderstorm - he is severely parasite-phobic. Poor love. On the plus side it will take around nine seconds to comb his hair so he knows he is home clear. My enormous mop will take a good half hour and will frizz into a triangular afro-hedge.  So I will take the opportunity to cover my head in a lovely coconut oil wrap to try and soothe the halo effect.  While watching Eur0vision.
This roofer dude has until 11.00 to get here , and then I am going into town to spend my S&M vouchers on frivolous items.

Did he 'eck!    Honestly I despair of tradesmen.  The other one has not yet emailed his quote yet either.

I wish if they have enough work on they just say rather than arrange for us to stay in and then just not turn up.  A quick phone call if they suddenly come down with an illness or emergency would do no harm.  Thankfully for the moment we are done with builders while I save up again.
