Considering the Tories have doubled the national debt from £800bn to over a trillion pounds I could ask the same thing.0 -

And that's down to Labour.
Can you imagine how quckly we will be in even further trouble if Corbyn ever won?
That would be a scary day.
Labour spend, spend, spend - debt, debt, debt - nothing Christian about that!Turn your face to the sun and the shadows fall behind you.0 -

The Blairites were in power for 13 years and the national debt was £800bn, the Tories have been in power for 5 and have already doubled that to a trillion pounds.
I suppose the one silver lining is that thanks to them £1 is now worth much less than it was last year.0 -

it spends most its money on children, the old, and the sick.0 -

I'm still waiting for your response to getting rumbled on your virtue signalling.
You got savaged over the last few pages. Have you re-evaluated your world view in light of the realisation that Conservative voters are more charitable and effective in helping those in need than your left-wing platitudes?0 -

I've never voted Tory. I am not saying I would not if I believed their policies more aligned with my views, because I am not dogmatic about party lines.
You are the one making the claims, you need to explain things.0
