    Morning all

Well I have been missing in action for about a week and have lost count of my NSDs. The Scout trailer got stolen on Saturday from the campsite so I ended up there most of the day and I need to ring the insurer's today to sort it out. We did a carboot yesterday and brought home about £120 after paying the fees, buying dinner and spending £40 on meat so pleased with that.

Back to work on Thursday and then after work on Friday I'm off to my annual adult Scout shindig which I'm really looking forward to as I only see some of my friends there.

Today isn't going to be a NSD as DH and the kids went camping overnight last night so took the bread with them. I've also got no freezer bags so all the meat I bought yesterday is currently sitting in the fridge so I need to buy some then sort that out.

    Have a good day all

    Hello,

I thought I jump back on the wagon now rather than waiting for Thursday. Hope you have all been well and hugs to those who had a hard time. I haven't even been reading much lately so will try and catch up a bit later.

Fully motivated again. Started to declutter my life and it helps. Started with the house, and like someone else too, cleaned out under my bed already. Moved all the bags into a cupboard and boxes to the recycling. Also removed about two cats worth of fur from the carpet under the bed, yuk. Also touched up some paint and closed a hole in the wall.

Yesterday I started in the kitchen, not quite konmarie-stylie but trying to be as ruthless as I can. Moved some cook books worth keeping into boxes for the attic as well as crystal glasses my mum gave us. They'll join my grans table service in the attic that I'll have out some day in a bigger house. I know you're not meant to keep "what-ifs" and "just-in-case" but they spark joy ;) . Will keep going tonight.

Fiancial review and new numbers tomorrow.

    See you later

  • Morning all,

Yesterday felt like one of those days and so I bought myself a can of irn-bru which opened the flood gates. Well, that's actually a bit dramatic. I just meant I then bought some other things on my 'buy list' which is a list of things I buy when it comes to a spend day.

I should manage a NSD today as it's an event day with work. However since it's also my last day we're going out for drinks afterwards so I may have to buy a round or two although I doubt it. I've got the car with me anyway.

    Check back in tomorrow :)

I suddenly noticed that the NSD challenge has stopped running. That was a pretty long running challenge I think.

Apart from the PAD thread I had not done any challenges before.

Just had a quick look at the last NSD thread which was April and it just seemed to have petered out, someone asked who would like to run May - no one did and it ended.

It's a shame but I think a lot of challenges incorporate NSD's as well and of course us Turtles have a lot more fun with our whole list of mini challenges each month - we are here to stay:j

Reporting in a NSD for today - this takes me to 15 for the month - can I get another one tomorrow?:T
