    Wow that`s a big picture lol and there we are those who don`t believe ,its there to see ,so hopefully the rest waiting on PayPal will hopefully be paid soon.(including me):D

    Hi yes i know someone posting it for her ,i was basically talking to her through them lol ,now we are into another weekend i don't expect any refunds ,lets hope some of us hear something next week .:silenced:
  • Full refund from Nationwide visa debit in my account this morning which is great news.

    However, my flights are still valid which makes me think that the refund will be challenged at some stage.

    Hopefully I can just pay them again for the flights?

    Hi usually the flights are valid and paid for at the time of the booking so you should be fine there ,but if your in any doubt ring them ,or did you get a confirmed email either way its best to check :)
  • Flights are valid - have confirmation from Ryanair of that - but as I now have money back in my account from Nationwide I've not actually paid for the flights

    Then either they will take the money back or they wont ,but still ring Ryanair to make sure you do not have to pay at the last hour for your own peace of mind.

    I thought after paypal announced that they will be refunding customers I thought myself one of the lucky ones bit turns out the banks have been much quicker than paypal and have seen countless refunds but only a handful of paypal refunds.

    I agree i thought Paypal would of been quicker but a lesson learned i guess next time i will use my credit card ,and will just have to wait to see how long Paypal take ,but when i read this on their site it could be longer "They actually state it may take 30days to resolve but complex cases take longer so no specific time frame " So patience is the key here good luck.
