Apple Nano 4Gb Silver £75.60 Amazon
Griffin iTrip FM Transmitter £29.99
You might want to take a look at this site before buying that transmitter. It's a review, albeit only from one person, but they don't appear to be overly impressed with this little gadget.
Were you going to buy it from Amazon too? It's listed here for around £10
so around a third of the price you quoted
ETA: Sorry, just realised the one above is for a video nano
Have a look at this one though, still cheaper at £17.50

These iPods are available only through a third party, namely Pixmania. I have had a great deal of trouble with them in the past, selling grey imports with incorrect power supplies for a start. Personally I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole, even if they are cheap.
I know of a few other people on this website who have had similar problems with them. So buy at your peril!

No, there are other download services such as Napster, and even Tescos do it (http://www.tescodownloads.com). Always try out one track first to see if it works. For example, Tescos is in wma format, and you will need to convert this to get it to play on your ipod.
Cheaper at https://www.mp3sparks.com0 -

I am guessing I will need add ons like a docking station and bits to make it work in car etc and a protective cover so maybe my £100 isn't going to go that far after all.
I will be looking at the latest Apple Nano and hope to be up to speed soon.
One other thing I am a little confused about is the actual downloading of music - can you only go to Apple to do this?
Many thanks
Its maybe worth mentioning that you don't need to fill up iPods (or other MP3 players) with only downloaded music, you can put tracks you have ripped from your own CDs on them too. iTunes or realplayer or whatever will do this easily.0 -

Amazon had them in stock earlier but these have now all sold out. See my post above #51

I've been trying to find the offer:
I did extra well with that Amazon offer - I also got £15 off the pre-vat price by signing up to their DVD rental service... which I've now cancelled before any charges were applied - so far (but they may just charge me one month subscription £3.99)
Where is it????!!!!
Thanks.0 -
