Good luck both. I called for an update and they said valuation reports are taking 3 days to go to offer so late next week for us all! 🤞

I rang Precise 🙈 they guy seemed like he wasn’t actually listening to what I was saying. It sounded like he went outside half way through the call for a cig😂 Anyway he said the report had come back to them, and it was valued at the same price as the purchase price. He said it will now be around 4 working days for precise to review it 🤞

I rang my solicitors to see how they are getting on and it turns out they haven’t started anything yet because they had apparently not received the ATP documents from help to buy. I know they did because I was copied into the email🤦‍♀️ So thats gonna delay exchanging contracts but I don’t think Gleeson Homes will mind if they can see the mortgage offer is done by the exchange date 🤞 Our exchange date is 31st may but that is 100% not gonna happen, we were a week behind with out mortgage application because of an error of gleesons so hoping that works in our favour x

We lost our buyer, absolutely devastated.  Next option is to buy his ex out but will need to see if we can borrow 10k more.  I'm so fed up 😔

Really sorry to hear that. Houses are selling quickly.... you could potentially get a new buyer fairly quickly x
