Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

I’m thinking of phoning precise but a bit scared!

On Friday precise requested we get the developers to book valuation (ats they say they can’t see it from the road) the estate agents have basically said no it’s not safe every one else is doing desk top valuations. Broker said they would go back to precise on Friday.

I still have nt heard anything and not heard from broker I have sent a couple of emails, perhaps they are off today?

Any thoughts - I don’t want to annoy broker by phoning precise...

I’ve spoke to Precise loads now and they are very helpful! They won’t go out their way to tell the broker neither x

Thank you. They have just updated us they are nt happy with disclosure of sales form as address not complete and not our full names.So back to the estate agents who are nt the easiest to deal with!

Well we have heard from our broker and Precise have said they are happy to offer subject to valuation!!! I really want to get excited but knowing my luck it will be undervalued🙈 I’ve no idea when the valuation will be all I know is they are happy to offer and have instructed the valuation 😬😬

Great news. Same situation as us!! 

 Valuation causing an issue now. Taking so long to book in and still no appointment given. Not precises fault it’s the valuation company. I have the numbers if anyone needs them. Please message me as don’t want to post on here in case they are not supposed to be given out!! Angievaga@yahoo.co.uk

Really pleased the valuation is in the queue no longer on hold. Although they need another form sending.

I bit the bullet and phoned precise who were as you all said really nice. As were the valuation people.

will be 3 weeks on Friday since application went in so hoping maybe by the following Friday we may hear back 😂

I’m so scared the valuation is gonna come back under! How long did it take for everyones valuation once Precise instructed the valuation company to do it? My house developer (gleeson homes) are closed on a Tuesday/Wednesday so i’m hoping Thursday they at least get it booked in! 🤞

It’s so horrible is nt it!
I think if it’s a new build it’s just a tick box exercise. I phoned the valuation people and they said the report is sent within 24 hours  x

I’m on a new build advice group on Facebook and theres so many on there that have been undervalued so thats why I’m worrying. I need to stop going on the fb group I think🙈 I’m tempted to ring the valuation company just to see if they have tried to contact them but its only been a day since precise said they were instructing valuation so I don’t know whether i’m just too eager! 😂
