Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Keep us updated fingers crossed you get an answer soon🤞 My valuation is tomorrow and I’m thinking about being cheeky and ringing the valuation company tomorrow late afternoon to see if they will tell me how it went. Otherwise its gonna be another long week or so to find out from Precise🙈

After valuation, the process went quite fast. We were asked for a few documents after it,  once they had those we gave us the offer and we then exchanged and completed pretty quickly.

Thank you ☺️ Did you ask for the ‘offer subject to valuation’ before the valuation and then get asked more questions after it? x

They did the valuation and then asked for a few extra identification documents and then gave us an offer. It was 3 weeks from offer to exchange, and then we completed a week after that.

I’m thinking of doing this later today. I spoke to the seller and the valuation person said they will be sending me a copy of the report as we paid for it! Hope they don’t keep us waiting too long now! I have instructed searches so hope it all goes to plan, our chain is ready to exchange !!
