Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Only took a week came back once as had issue with plot number.. just sent it back 2 days later came back. Very easy help to buy but our broker did complete form for us..

How long did it take help to buy to sort their part after the offer had been accepted?

I've not got that far yet.. I'm yet to put application into precise got authority to proceed straight away.. x

We have received we our mortgage offer today...phew.

it’s now the conveyancing which starts.
we do have A Shade Greener Solar Panels so we are expecting some back and forth with those but hoping this goes through.

This will literally change our lives.
Our current mortgage is an old Northern Rock Together mortgage, interest only. We’ve had terrible debt for years and tried many times to get out of our mortgage prison, and now it’s looking like it may happen.

From being terrified that we wouldn’t own our own home at the end of the mortgage it’s now looking like we will.

Well I’m right at the beginning of the process but already losing my mind, refreshing my emails every 5 minutes🙈 My application was submitted to Precise on Thursday last week, i’ve still not had my first lot of questions🤷‍♀️ From what people have said on this thread people usually have questions 2-3 days after submitting. The timescale was 3 working days on Thursday...is this a bad sign? Or am I just going crazy and looking into this too much😂😂 I realise this is gonna be a long process, just eager to get the ball rolling.

We submitted our application to Precise yesterday after declines from high street lenders.

I understand that this could take a while now, has anyone got any top tips for me!

Well...just had my first ‘update’ after my application was submitted on Thursday last week. Broker said there weren’t many questions and was happy with what they asked. So now another waiting game 🤞

Wondering if anyone can give me an idea of Precise current timescale? I accepted an offer on my property from a first time buyer first week in March. We were due to complete two weeks ago but their mortgage from Precise still hasn’t been approved. Their surveyor came out on the 29th March so it’s been a month now and still no offer. Is this normal for them? I’m now at risk of losing the property I’ve purchase and if so will need to stay put, meaning both myself and the prospective buyer will have lost a lot of money and time thanks to Precise!

They certainly aren’t quick. Took them over a week to send us our offer in writing.
