Update today is that it is 3 working days for them to request what documentation they want. In the meantime they will request valuation or if broker has asked, they will wait fir docs. It is then 4 days to review papers.

We had a call this morning from the broker today they said it’s 8 days to review documents! I hope they have over estimated x

I spoke directly to Precise, so friendly and explained the process to me. I think they are over estimating, precise website says 3 days to review application and then 4 days for extra documents! 

What stage are you at?

They told us 9 days but we had our offer back within 3 after their last set of questions

We only submitted on Friday!!! I can’t cope with the wait.... what about you?
I think maybe they just over estimating so I don’t ring them haha.....

@helzyb we submitted on Thursday so you should have initial questions by end of Thursday. It’s so stressful! X

It’s so scary is nt it x It’s like life is on hold until we know I’m excited but then don’t want to be! 

Have you had your questions yet or are you hoping that will be tomorrow x  Let me know what they say please x 

I can see on Experian they did initial credit check on Friday so at least I know they have it x
