Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Anyone that’s mortgage has gone through. Do you get the valuation fee refunded?

Do you know how long they take to refund the valuation fee? I didn't realise they did so could do with the extra money after all these fees haha x

My solicitor told me it would be refunded after completion - but relatively quickly...

Hi everyone, so my mortgage application has finally been submitted to Precise😳 I’ve been following this thread for a while waiting for the time to come. Fingers crossed...I reckon this is gonna be a long few months🙈

Good luck we’re waiting for our developers to be on the help to buy list before we can submit. We’re hoping it will be on this week!

I'm also waiting.. just got help to buy accepted start my application to be submitted on 22nd June..  it feels like forever away

Oh how exciting! We have been waiting since December asa problem with the developer.... we should hopefully be on this week.
how long did it take to get the authority to proceed from help to buy?
