Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Really?! I ring precise directly and they told me I should know more on Wednesday and it’s currently taking 4 working days to underwrite to review new paperwork

That’s what the email correspondence from them on Friday suggested. I had hoped it would be quicker. We have submitted all paperwork, the valuation was also back  before Easter.

Oh god I hope not! The wait is awful 😞

I am crossing everything 🤞 and hoping that we get the news sooner rather than later. I can’t see why we would be told longer than anyone rise

We had our valuation done on the 24th March and then our offer on the 7th April. It’s a long slog but it’ll be worth it! If you’re at valuation stage at the end of the process I wouldn’t worry to much, you should be fine

Thank you! I rang up today and should have an update tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. If there’s no issues then it’ll be passed to offer :-)
