Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

I can see from some of you things like I swapped my job a year ago.. before that I had 3 jobs in 2019 so I've got proof of that ready. Then we've both loans 4k owing and credit card of 1500.. can feel the stress before I've begun. My broker has been awful I've found out more off these threads. He's not said anything really had to chase him today about htb. But I've paid half his fee now so stuck with him..

Cannot believe I’m writing this but finally we heard today the underwriter has approved our mortgage and has sent it for the offer to be issued! So happy right now! Completion set for the 30th April 🏡 good luck everyone 🤞

@Ecnubc hopefully you will hear something next week 🤞. It took them over a week to review the letter and send for offer. They must just be really busy. The underwriter called me directly to ask a question which i’m glad about because if they had returned it I think I would have just lost it 🤣. We received the news later the same day. I was advised there is a queue for offers so should have paperwork in the next 2/3 working days.

Our MB has just called and our offer has just come through!!! I’m an emotional wreck but what a feeling!!!! Woooohoooo!
