Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Our broker came back today to say our application has been passed to offer 🙌🏻

We’re very pleased.
The process in general just had many days/weeks with no update which makes it almost unbearable.
Here is our timeline 

DIP - 02/02
Application - 11/02
Hard search - 11/02
Questions - 03/03
Valuation - 19/03

Wooooo! Congrats! Your valuation was done a day after ours but your application was sent 2 weeks before ours haha. It’s so hard to gauge. I think we’ll hear next week now 😩

We did but turned out they won’t take us either. Ma is looking for other options but looks very unlikely.

I’m hoping we won’t be too far behind now. Sent the letter they requested from work confirming return to work pay/hours on Tuesday and just waiting now 🤞.
