Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

We haven’t even put our mortgage application in. We don’t qualify for Precise until beginning of April so have to wait until then🙈

Don’t mind at all Basically we have a default that isn’t 2 years old until then

We heard from our MB today, precise we’re happy with our answers regarding bank statements and with affordability so they’ve passed it to the valuation team. FINGERS CROSSED!!!

Did you ask them to hold your valuation until paperwork was all good? We did the same.

@_AandL_ no we didn’t  but the mortgage broker has said that precise have said that they are happy with all the other paperwork so I’m trying to stay hopeful! 😂😂
