It’s horrible isn’t it 😩 applied on the 25th Feb, had 2 lots of questions they were satisfied with the answers so then it went to valuation on the 17th March, didn’t hear back for a full week then our MB chased them yesterday and they said they just needed confirmation that we were happy to proceed after some comments were made by the valuation company. Said yes to that yesterday, they said it’s going back to the underwriter now for offer. But obviously they can still say no! 😩😩
  • That sounds like us really. Just waiting for the letter to be reviewed and then send for offer if they are happy with it but it was send last Tuesday!! Sounds like we are nearly there 🤞. Our valuation was done agessss ago and I’ve not even had a copy of it yet 🤔.

So I'm following this thread as I'm applying in June to precise!! After few bounced silly dds on bank accounts so need to wait for 3 clean months.. I've a 2016 ccj and 2 small defaults from 2017.. my partner has clean report by time goes threw we will have bout 3k saved in account plus deposit and 2.5k for fees. Our broker said we shouldn't have any issues we had decision in principle not a problem. Both on solid incomes not effected with covid as both key workers our overtime has massively increased. So guess I'm just waiting for another set back after my bank statements was picked up by broker.. house only ready in Oct so here's hoping once apply I won't have many issues..

Prepare yourself for a long, emotional rollercoaster of a ride and you won’t be disappointed. Precise don’t do anything quickly. However, you will get there in the end! Good luck ☺️

Your circumstances sound similar to ours. We got our mortage offer just over the 3 week mark so fingers crossed it goes fast for you 🤞 I know some people on here have had to wait ages so good luck!
