Well back in work today, back holding up so far. Have got gs later so will try and take it easy.
A SFD today think that makes 11 to date.
Found 13 pounds to pay off cc today. Really fed up of being stuck for cash lately so may go back to renting a room out. Seen a wanted ad on spare room so msgd them. Need to increase my income somehow.
Eager Elephant was me with lite Sant. acct. They give you the usual monthly cash back on the day you set up the acct - so had mine a week early, haven't charged me the pound yet however.
CCL - I got 6 free physio sessions with my hamstring with Keep you in work scheme funded by the EU. Not sure if it is only in Wales but my Dr told me about it and got seen within a week of my injury.
Mothernerd - good luck with the attendance allowance. Would take some pressure off you?LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/220 -

Happy Birthday Speky!!
Forgive me Turtles as I have lied, on Sunday I said that Sat and Sun were NSD's but I remembered yesterday that actually I had been out early Sat am to get to greengrocers for sack of spuds so back to 12 NSD's!!
Yesterday and today (I got DH some vitamins but paid from his own account) have been NSD's so back up to 14!!!
Tomorrow will be a spend day as DD has a 'date' and needs foundation!!!
Thurs will be a spend as got committee meeting in pub!!
That leaves Fri, Sat and Sun to get some more NSD's. We were supposed to go to a party on sat night but as it will be an alcohol fest and that means spending money plus we have not had a weekend at home to do our own thing for ages we are thinking about not going.0 -

I've had a bad NSD month, way off my target.
Yesterday was indeed a spend day as I bought some supplements which I needed to arrive before August.
Today though, my birthday, will be a NSD. Unless I go home to no birthday cake in which case I'll have to go out and buy one.
Have a nice and no spend day everyone.

I knew I'd read somewhere it was your birthday Speky - hope that you've enjoyed it.
Another quiet ish day for me today, and still feeling quite tired.
But, just in case it interests anyone - I got some school uniform for ds at Aldee today. £1.25 for a pair of trousers, £1.25 for a pack of 2 polo shirts, and £2.99 for 5 pairs of socks. If the quality is even half as good as their food quality then happy days for me and my boisterous ds.
Calling - thanks for the info re the physio. I shamefully admit that I haven't been to the docs about my leg because I have convinced myself that I'll just be told to come back when I've lost some weight. Not giving up

Happy birthday speky.
Quiet domestic day for me. Still very tired. Did get a guilty feeling that I might be avoiding other potentially more important tasks but these need doing too and are probably safer when feeling lacking in focus.
Washing out to dry, rubbish round up (bin out for tomorrow), washing up round up including two curry plates from DS3's room that were left to soak, bathroom wipeover.Did lots of trips up and down the stairs plus keep taking the wellies on and off (hoping this counts as exercise).
Extras included taking cleaned and dried brushes and rollers from their sticks so they can go back in the cupboard (when I removed the foam/ wool sleeves a couple of weeks ago some of them were wet inside), unscrewing the seat and back from a garden chair which has broken (repurposing the metal frame as a support for a higher tier for some of the garden bags using leftover hammerite paint and possibly old wardrobe side) and unpicking the 'bad' header tape from the curtains.
Another 50 items have left the house (more but lost count and had definitely gone past 50). More bits of weeding (over the last few days the bits have filled 3/4 of the bin with a week still to go) and a quick trip to land of ice (quiet day for them so delivered and put away - it's something when the delivery driver comes up to you at the start of your shop and asks if it's for delivery. That's from next month's budget and will be split between food and party budget. Hoping to get reduced bread on Thursday and pack made up sandwiches in the freezer.
Today I am grateful for being able to organise my week to include days like today (originally turned to self-employment to cope with the couldn't crawl out of bed days. Today hasn't been like that, just no energy, brain not firing on all cylinders and recognising my body needs time to recover and rest), for having food delivered (limped home very glad not to be carrying a weighted rucksack) and thinking of ways to re-use 'rubbish'
The garden chairs were left by the previous owners when I bought the other house, DS2 brought them here when he was renting it from me so they are at least 11 years old and the 'tiered garden' (nothing fancy - they will be lined up along the garden wall, some sort of 'base' layer will go across either the seats or arms of the chairs, bags with soil on top and a ground level layer in front) will extend their life further. My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0 -
Morning All
The internet has been a bit hit and miss the last couple of days but heyho - it's free!
I had a NSD Monday so I'm now up to 14 - just one more needed for my target. Yesterday I went to Caernarvon and today I am going to Pwllheli market and for a wander around the town so no NSDs here. However, yesterday I bought DS an Adidas jacket for a £1, DD a new dress for £3.50, DH a book for 20p, 3 tins of tuna for a £1 and 4 J2Os for a £1 so I did quite well! My Nana came with us and bought us all lunch so that was nice. Today it is raining so not sure how long we'll stay out for but we'll come back for lunch anyway.
Payday today so I've already made a payment to my CC - everything else goes out on the 1st.
Mothernerd - it sounds like you did loads yesterday, even if you didn't feel like it.
Calling - hope you went on ok at work.
Speky - hope you had a great birthday.
Have a good day all
