    Photogenic Debt-free and Proud!
    Good morning,

Yesterday was a spend day for me. A trip to 2 SM's and buying some things needed of eBay. I tried to buy a pair of shoes I saw on ASOS sale for £13 but they only have the size above and below mine!

Today will again be a low spendy day as I need to buy lunch and a present for my step dad, completely forgot yesterday.

Need to get back on track after today!

    Good luck Munchin
Well done Bob on the sales!

    Morning all,

Well done on the sales Bob and Lilian! Hugs to those having a hard time :grouphug:

Yest was a spend day as spent £7.70 in morrisons as needed stuff to make curry today and also face wipes and chilli flakes. Then sent my friend £10 for a deposit for an event.

Today should be a NSD :)

Working from home today so still in my pjs with a coffee. Work flexi time so can start at 10 if I want to :D

Want to pop to charity shop at lunch to drop off a couple of big bags of donations. Also going to make the curry for dinner. Then off to gym but not decided whether to do body step or body combat

I am going to run out of my food budget I think :( I do my budget when I get paid on 19th but last month was early so doing 5 shopping weeks this month :( can't put it off as I need to batch cook at least two dinners this weekend as I'm running low on meals in the freezer :( keeping tabs on my spending from 1 July so hope to come in on budget by end of July!

Well bought some chipolata sausages for tea and black pudding so think I am having a fry up for tea. Haven't done a big shop yet - later in week.

Going to get my feet pampered after work, hopefully medicash pay most of it eventually. Looking after yourself as important as debt busting folks.;)

Well done on your sales Bob wow you will be DF soon at this rate.

Hugs to all those feeling down. I am not one of those today haven't sat still at all today in work and my leg feels so much better for it - so happy bunny. :D

Kid free tonight so pamper me session planned so my skin is ready for the heatwave we are having? May have to finish opened bottle of wine off as well.:p

Just dashing on to log another sale! This time a hockey goalies helmet for £8. If I hadnt decluttered my husbands cupboard top on sunday I wouldnt have found it to sell. Result!

I wont celebrate too much as my theme tune re the business account is still 'there's a hole in my bucket'

P.S anyone who has watched Happy Valley omg! It has some of the most shocking scenes I have ever witnessed in my whole viewing life. Not at all what I expected. But compelling drama.

Yesterday I paid for Sunday's exertations. Gentle pottering was the order of the day. Had set the alarm as laminate man was coming but took my time getting dressed. Got quite a lot done (the washing had gone out in the early hours of the morning (sorry for the rain). Paint brushes have been washed, paint scraped back into tins, clean pots away in the cupboard.

Ran out of steam in the afternoon so sat on the bed reading (laminate man was working in the front room). Front room was completed - laminate man had a night-time job to go to. I had miscalculated and had to take two packs back to BnQ and buy 4 more (despite my efforts I had picked a different colour for downstairs and though it was the same range and quality, it had a different edge so could not use them up in my room).

Money wise I am not sure. Gone over on the extras budget as went to buy curtain rings (but saving by using an old pole - better quality then modern ones) and some coat hooks to go on the back of doors - found 3. Got money back on the flooring I took back but spent on the replacements plus enough beading for all the rooms. 'Mistake' laminate turns out to be a bargain as the one upstairs has gone back to full price - £4.95 extra per pack than I paid for the downstairs one.

Very lucky to get a relative to drive me to BnQ and back. Fell asleep for a while. Took sheets covering the sofas off and set washing off. Wiped sofas, cushions and sideboard.

Knee was giving way. Crawled in bed. Laptopbatttery gone to battery heaven. back in library

Xspender did you work out where your missing money went on YNAB?

Lillian well done on your resales, Boden always sells on well.

Spekky if the items were needed then I wouldnt worry too much.

Munchin welcome in and well done on your NSD.

    Mothernerd hope your knee recovers.soon.

Calling glad you had a good day. I would love to be DF soon but have to be realistic about what I can throw at it. It will all depend on how much I can get into August on the new business front.

Hello Shy how are you? Be lovely to hear all your news. No I didnt see, what was that for?

I will do better tomorrow but still on tough training course today and still having train delays.

I have a day off tomorrow :T so will tackle the decluttering, top landing and dining room.

I am hoping for a swim as exercise ;)

I spent money today, not much and all planned but I needed stuff in, so tomorrow I will do some food prep for another few days ;)

On a positive note I didn't take any food or drink to the course. I ate the lunch provided, drank their coffee and bottled water. It was nice to eat free food and drink all day :)

It sounds as if my fellow turtles have been doing great today
    Well done all

Celebrating the small stuff today - I bagged a nsd, and all meals from stores. That's a good enough start for me. I'm feeling as though I'm getting back into my routine a bit and starting to get sorted out. I'm putting various bits of lists together to get me through my last week at work and into the six weeks of summer. One day at a time.
