Hi All
Posted off my comics. The buyer had paid the £120 so I wanted to get rid as soon as I could. Then found out that the hockey helmet had gone too so that is another £8 in the pot. My 60 day ebay total is now £105, plus private sale £120 & envirophone £18. Not bad at all. Have managed to convert £110 of that into extra payments on the card.
I found £1 in the park this morning while stopping to change a nappy. Which made a good start to the day
The big news is that the surveyor came out to value our BTL flat for remortgage, just to a lower rate as the SVR is applied from next month. If we get it that will be an enormous saving of £300 odd quid a month. They needed to be certain its rental value was a certain amount so if they are satisfied of that all well and good.
If it comes off I intend to start overpaying the mortgage asap although realistically with the change in my business situation we may need it for a couple of months but would be a terrific boost. Fingers crossed.
Exercise today has been walking 45 mins and baby wearing DD for quite a bit of it.
Off to find more comics to list.
