    Now you must make life difficult for the PPC. Complain robustly to Mac's head office, write bad stuff on their website, send an invoice to the PPC, if they ignore send an LBC, if they ignore that put in a claim.

    Do not be greedy claim say not more than £50.

    You have them by the short and curlies, take advantage.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    6 Years; and I would suggest you base your claim on the number of hours you had to spend on this; (@£19 per hour).

    Not sure if this is right advice, you would be peeving off the vehicles in the queue behind more and they would be more at you than McDonalds (I would be).
