Slightly better phraseology to use with regrads to the data protection act
This is a formal Section 10 Notice under the Data Protection Act, issued because (i) your agents continued processing of my personal details is unwarranted and (ii) it is causing serious distress to me and my family through your aggressive demands for money which I do not owe.

I would also start looking into the planning permission/advertising consent for any met parking signs in the car park, if there is no advertising consent and/or planning then include it in your complaint to mc donalds, and start chasing up the council planning department - Planing permission can be sought retrospectively - advertising consent can not and a lackof advertising consent is a criminal offence under the Town and Country planning act ( exact name of said act may need looking up) and if Mc Donalds or its agents have profited or taken any money as a result of a criminal act from this then that too is unlawfulFrom the Plain Language Commission:

If Met are convinced that you are a liar, let them try to prove it in court. When they fail, hit them with a counter claim.0

while you are there seeing him ......
ask him if he is the 'named person', should this get to court you will be calling him.
and remind him that the anpr camera has NO planning consent, and does he understand the implications .......
good luck

Do you have an Android phone? If so, it is worth checking Google Maps App and checking your history for the day in question. See YOUR TIME LINE option that could have recorded your various journeys.0
