    Please explain your reasons for appealing against the parking ticket.


    do i have to fill out short summary of this ground appeal

    AND THEN UPLOAD THE FILE, NO OPTION TO SAVE AS PDF AND UPLOAD

    Is that the 2000 character box? If yes then "Please find my full appeal attached to this form as file name XXXXXX.pdf. Also attached are ...." and identify any other documents you are uploading, such as a witness statement etc.

    YOU need to save your appeal (and any other document) as a PDF file and attach it to the form on the POPLA website. The POPLA website will not convert your attachments.

    They are crooks they could have withdrawn when I appealed directly to them in the first instance.
