was offered this through live chat, 2 weeks after cancellation had gone through. Won't budge on multiscreen lower than £10 so didn't bother adding it
Gives me a rough idea.
Then see where it goes to add it back1 -
Currently on the following package. TV contract due to be cancelled tomorrow
TV used to be £2p/m cheaper and broadband £2.50 cheaper before price increases in April
Today on the chat I was offered the following:- Signature for £19 (From £32, £13 discount with an 18-month contract)
- HD for £4 (From £8, £4 discount)
- Ultimate TV Add On (Netflix) for £5 (From £6, £1 discount)
- Kids for £3 (From £6, £3 discount)
- Complete Sports for £14 (From £36, £22 discount with an 18-month contract)
- Superfast with Line Rental & Pay As You Talk for £30.50 (From £35.50, £5 discount with an 18-month contract)
- That brings your total to £75.50 a month.
- Netflix Standard included (Ultimate TV Add On with HD)
- Your offers will start straight away today, and a one-off admin fee of £10 will be added to your next bill.
Cheek to offer my an increased price on broadband while I'm still in contract. Told him to leave that for now
On the tv package the guy didn't budge. When I told him would have to explore other options, only extra I was offered was the admin fee to be waived.

Sky Signature and Sports - £33
Signature + Netlfix - £5
Multiscreen - £11
Ultra HD - £2
So £51 but it's also missing Kids - assuming that would be £6 - so £57.
Spoke online and they're not budging from the £61.Sky Signature - £19 (18 Month contract) Full price £32
Sky HD - £4 (18 Months) Full price £8
Sky UHD - £4
Sky Ultimate TV add on - £6 (18 Months) Full Price £6
Sky Multiscreen - £11 (18 Months) Full price £15
Sky Kids - £3 (18 Months) Full Price £6
Sky Sports Complete package - £14 (without cinema and 18 Month contract) Full price £32
Ultra HD is £2 if I don't take multiscreen, but it doesn't say that on the letter. Just says mix and match your perfect package - and no reference in the terms at the bottom.
Tried telling me how it should be £103 a month and i'll be saving over £775. Just said, who actually pays the full monthly price?
Told them to carry on with the cancellation. They can't even honour prices on printed media!

I have always negotiated with Sky via the Live Chat function but I cannot seem to find it any more. Is this not an option any longer? I can see that you can message them but this does not appear to be a "chat". Does everyone phone them now to discuss retention?0

I previously had the following during my first year of Sky:
I just spoke to Retentions and they have offered £47/month for the same, but removing Ultra HD. Not sure if this is a good deal. Have told them I would think about it.0 -
