Hi
I agreed to the following...
Entertainment £12.60
HD £1.00
Multiscreen £13.00
Ultimate on Demand £3.00 (Keeping my original offer)
Looking back, I could've maybe haggled on the multiscreen down to £10.0 -
literally just cancelled, how long roughly does it take for them to contact you? and how long do i have before i can change my mind? my husband will kill me if it all gets cut off haha!!!!0

There's no guarantee they will contact you at all. Check your online account and if you have a Q system, on the box itself. You can stop the cancellation going through at any time but that just tells them that you weren't serious about the cancellation.0 -
Thanks for the reassurance lol! So you can literally call them and not go through with it the day before it’s due to be cut off? Will try and be patient and sit tight 😬🤫🥴0

When I’ve disconnected before with the old HD box....when I’ve had a decent offer to return, they can literally turn your viewing back on instantly....although they say a couple of hours.0 -
Hi
I've been with Sky for 10 years and my contract expires next month, this what we have been offered. Is this a lot, I know we have a lot of the products :-(
Phone & Super Fast BB £25
Entertainment £22
Kids £5
Sky HD £5
Cinema £11
Sky Sports & BT Sport both in HD £35
Sky Q £10 (1TB box plus mini no install fees)
We've previously had our BT sport separately and don't currently have Sky Q.
Thank you0 -

A lot of products makes it easier to haggle - think 'bulk-buying'!
If you look back through just a few pages of this thread you'll easily see what others are being offered. I would suggest that the only reasonable price on your list is for the BB & phone (I presume with Anytime calls?).
You may have to hand in your notice of cancellation to get better offers...0 -
TV Entertainment £15
Sky box sets £2
Sky HD £2
Superfast Fibre with free line rental £21
TOTAL: £40pm0
