I wondered if anyone had received a good deal on the below or has an idea what to expect price wise:
M250 broadband
Max it TV+V6 box
Sky Cinema Collection
Talk weekends
I'm paying £69 a month and have been offered £66 so wanted to see if anyone had the same package and how much it might go down to?
£66 is good but it'll go up in April.
Is there a refined process on this now as that was WhatsApp but don't know whether to cancel on WhatsApp or call the 150 number or go to the 020 outbound retentions number maybe?
The WhatsApp chat offer is below:M250, Maxit + spy movie collection and weekend for £66. for £66. Sorry you don’t want to go ahead with that today, I’ll save (M250, Maxit + spy movie collection and weekend for £66.) on your account in case you change your mind in the future. Please bear in mind that this deal will be subject to availability
I'm particularly intrigued in the spy movie collection, is that back to back James Bond?0 -

I have mix tv, 250 mpbs (volt from 125) weekends chatter phone. Just been on live chat because i'm now out of contract and my bill has jumped to £64.25. She initially offered me the same package for £55 a month!!! Then after i declined she said if they dropped it to £50? would I reconsider. I politely declined and asked her to put the 30 day notice in.
What sort of price should I be aiming for if outbound retentions call, bearing in mind we do use a fair bit of broadband.
Thanks in advance0 -

Just to follow up:
350mb, mixit tv, talk weekends
Called up and retentions offered £37, then passed to cancellations also £37. Outbound called day after cancelling and still only £37 best offer. Turned down as too expensive and that ended the call.So options now:
1 wait and see if call back again (someone a few weeks ago mentioned something similar to above that outbound only offered similar to inbound and didn’t accept but then got another call a week later for signif cheaper offer from ‘top tier loyalty team’)
2 try one of those 0203 outbound numbers that have been posted on here previously ….not sure if anyone else tried this and been successful?
3 call up and accept the £37 (assuming still available!)
Thinking option 1 and reassess in a week or so before going to option 2.0 -

Followed the system for the first time (last time I accepted the 2nd offer), had the call back and got it from the £69 I was paying (due to go to £100 or so) to £48.50 for Maxit TV, movies, M250 broadband and weekend calls. I was offered the ultimate for £80 (all tv channels, 1gig broadband, sim with unlimited data and 2 boxes and Netflix)
I did try calling the 020 number but they couldn't help as I hadn't put my cancellation in they said (not unexpected).0 -

I must admit the Ultimate Volt sounded good but was happy to get my current package for that price as that's more like what I paid for it a few years back I think.
I looked at the new customer deals and my package would be £55 a month with the TV or £200 cashback which I worked out to be about £45 a month with the cashback.
It can be tricky making a case as suggesting cheaper broadband elsewhere they will point out how much better theirs is compared to competitors for the same price.0
