Family member got the full ultimate oomph with 4K movies (and sport, should it ever come), plus extra box for £79 after cancelling, so that deal is still available to outbound retentions

Yes I did get offered it as well, on one call without cancellation for £75 😁 But they are not booking Engineer’s  to book the 2nd box to go in at the moment 😔

Result. Cancelled yesterday and was offered £16 per month for 100mb on a 18 month contract by outbound retentions today. Had previously rejected £17/m for 50mb. Very chuffed with this.
Put in cancellation yesterday for my 100mb broadband only. Hopefully they call and offer this deal.

I currently have M350 Fibre Broadband, with Bigger Bundle, sports and movies for £99 a month, expires 24th June 2021, asked today on Live Chat about offers, they can do the same for £136! Anyone got that down? If not, think I'll be off to BT.

Just seen suggestion above, put cancellation in and hope for offer :)

Definitely put cancellation in, say it’s too expensive, you hopefully should get the call back for the ultimate oomph with 4K movies for £79-89 per month.  If no call back you’ve got 30 days to un cancel your cancellation. Obviously wait until you are 30 days from your end of contract date before cancelling

I was all ready to go. Put cancellation in as lost the £3.50 and contract was a mess with different end dates for discounts. When I cancelled was originally paying £29 for:
    • basic TiVo, tv with documentaries free (normally £7)
    • Phone
    • 50mb
Went up to £32.50 after I cancelled the free documentaries, lost the £3.50) :(

New best offer £42.50 .....yes more so was all prepared to go. Got a call back, and back on original package above with free documentaries back, but upgraded to 100mb bb for £29 a month. 18 months contract.

Going up from £43 to £59, been offered £51.  Shall I press them, or does this sound fair?

I've just accepted a new contract which is 200Mpbs, big TV with 2 picks (docs and entertainment), talk anytime and mobile sim for about £46 per month, 18 month contract
so you should be able to do better.     you need to put in the cancellation if you want the best deal

You can do lot better, I pay fiver more than that for 200mb, maxit tv and Sky sports hd. As always say, the only way to get a good offer is to cancel
