;70836707]Classy comment. I bet your the type to shout at people parked in disabled spaces because they dont look ill enough to you...
No, I'm the type that would be more concerned as to the whereabouts of my disabled partner, than ranting at their manager. At no point did you stop to question her safety.

FWIW, no I don't think the phone call was unreasonable and would put the rudeness down to the fact the manager was probably already annoyed at apparently being let down and then embarrassed by the !!!!-up.

Or perhaps the OP was as polite answering the phone as they are here - in which case a saint might have been driven to bad manners. Assuming, of course, that it isn't all in the OP's head and the manager said nothing like what the OP suggests. There does appear to be a somewhat confrontational aspect to the OP, who continues to rubbish the advice given and yet still keeps coming back.

You obviously have not even read my original post.

    The facts:-

I knew full well where my partner was going that day. She had told me that one of her managers had asked he to attend site B.

A different manager phoned and asked why she was not at site A as per normal. I told her that it was because she was going to site B.

Do you remember now or did you just not read it? glad to clear that one up....

Heres the original post quoted as well....

Wife due in work at 7am but had been asked by manager to attend a different site (at 7am). So she did.

715am home phone rand. Different manager, really annoyed, "where is X?" "Umm, who are you?" "Right shes gone to work."

Then manager says well shes supposed be here 15 mins ago, so I point out I think shes gone to site B. At which manager annoyed says well no-one told me.

Refer to my last post. I knew EXACTLY where my wife was. Not my problem that the manager didn't.

You seem to have a bit of a thing about disabled people TomtonTom?
Do you think they should not be allowed out of the house on their own or something?

Always the same argument on this forum. If you argue back to those who post abuse or get involved in things off topic then "you just don't like the answer".

Please point out where on this thread I've been rude, or rubbished the contructive and polite advice given by someone? I'll bet you can't find it.

I might not agree but it is a discussion forum after all.

As I said, off topic or personal comments dont count. Go for it matey!

I'm sorry OP but I have to say that I am not "taking sides", but simply judging by what I have read on this thread, and it has seemed clear that, objectively speaking, you have created the responses yourself by what you have said and your responses. If you want to ignore people, fine, do it. But then don't keep "answering them back"! I don't know what the history is here, and I don't care, but you seem to be no better than anyone that you are criticising. On the basis of your behaviour here, it is not much of a stretch to think that your heard something that wasn't said in the way you took it, or that you were argumentative and rude to the manager and got a response in kind. Exactly what appears to be going on here.

So my comments are neither personal (unless you count the fact that they are about the way that you react to people, which is very much on topic) nor off topic. Yet you insult me back for something that was an objective comment - "mately". You are both patronising and arrogant. And please don't say you aren't because your messages drip these things! Why should I assume that your everyday behaviour isn't the same?

And I have now twice asked you, as have others.... why continue to post here if you have such a low opinion of the people posting and don't accept anything they say? If this is "all you ever get", then why be posting here? Unless, of course, you enjoy it, and you like all the arguing that your posts generate.
