Here we go again with issues between you and your wifes' employer :rotfl:

If Mrs F is due at work at 7am and employer can't contact her by mobile then it's not unfair to ring home phone. 7.15am is far from unsociable especially is Mrs F should already be at work at that stage

    Couple of options

    1) Unplug home phone
    2) Get Mrs F a reliable mobile allowing her to answer and stop being a burden on your life
    3) Ask Mrs F to get a new job that avoids you having to moan on here about her employer

An internal !!!! up it may be but I can't imagine a complaint's going to get her very far

    Summed up in one.

OP is there not a point in all your rants that you consider you might be acting irrationally?

    Yet you have......

You keep posting about your wife's job problems and people are rarely on the same page as you. That isn't reflective of some sort of group think, or pack mentality - it's reflective that most people think you make a mountain out of a molehill. 07.15, it's neither here nor there.

Do I care about the opinions on the people on this forum who want to have a dig? Let me think about that......

Not you again. Are you omnipresent on this forum?

Are you really all THAT thick? No-one is forcing to read these posts. No-one is forcing you to do anything.

If you have no sensible comments to make then just ignore it and move onto a post that interests you. It really is that simple. I just dont get it why its so difficult to understand.

Hang on though. Ah. Does someone come to your door and ask you for a pound every time I post? Must be it. Thats why you feel the need to comment. Must be.

Ah or do you all OWN this forum? All of you. Maybe thats it.

I have posted responses to your queries on other threads but it does appear that you want to blame your wife's employers for every slight. It is not unusual for managers to contact staff if they haven't arrived for work so whether you consider 7.15am to be unsocial the manager will be wanting to know what has happened. If there is an internal communication issue then that is for your wife to speak to her manager and just check that rotas etc were undated.

I have had the situation when a member of staff had a stroke on getting ready for work - if not for managers trying to contact them and be worried when they couldn't reach them, and then alerting someone to go check on them in all likelihood would have not survived. Now that is an extreme case but you never know.
