    No axe to grind here

No, employer was not unreasonable (apart from alleged rudeness)- checking employee whereabouts is normal whatever time of day. If mobile not working, what choice did he have?

The internal communication issue ? These things happen

I really don't have a clue what you are trying to say here. Is this supposed to make some sense?

I had no clue either, so didn't respond. If the poster wants to write it out after some English lessons, i will reply

What Im not interested in is personal, nasty comments, comments on things unrelated to the post, comments about stuff in the past, or general comments where the poster thinks they're the funniest thing since Basil Brush.... Got it?[/QUOTE]

Of course getting an unannounced phone call at 11.30pm is an unsociable time.
Why would you think it isn;t?

How do you announce a telephone call?

Going to ignore you now because, sadly, it looks like your sole purpose on this forum is to cause an argument and get a kick out of starting something. Not interested sorry. Got better things to do.

Poster asked for advice on her work/ water situation, many of us took the time to give advice on how to manage her "situation". It is not unreasonable to ask for an update.
