Coffee is lush! Had a latte macchiato (you get a few trial ones in the box). Not fussed for the hot choc. Think I need to stop now :rotfl:
Kitchen and DR sorted. Wiped out fridge for when shopping arrives. Really need to look at our grocery budget... Used elbow grease on the stainless steel sink - had become grotty somehow but shiny again now.
Also cleaned downstairs loo and sink. Need to do floors tomorrow.
Green bin is out, and I need to empty the kitchen bin too. Then I'm finished! Phew!Bossymoo

Well, the recycle bin is half full of 'his' stuff, the shredder has been emptied twice, the stuff he wants fits with ease back into the stack box, with room to spare.............I'm letting him watch the footie now...............
Dinner is gone

Whoo hoo Kaz! I wish my DH would see the light!
Got drenched in a thunderstorm at lunchtime and my hair is now corkscrew curls  and it's been a funny old day anyhow.
Already poured myself a large glass of Shiraz, boys watching the end of the Power Rangers, then bath and bed. DH working late to prepare for the trade day.0 -
Hi Kaz! Bossy I have visions of you being awake half the night with all that coffee. Sounds lovely though.
Back from my course and tired. I should really clean the kitchen and LR windows which dont take long with the window vac but I really CBA. Going to bring the washing in and put it away to see if that motivates me to do anything else.0 -
Not managed anything extra today too much going on. Will be kind to myself today and try and get back to routine tommorow." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Evening all,
Worked late today so not much done. Not going to be too hard on myself for the next few days. I think I need to just give myself a break. Going to concentrate on the daily stuff, eg laundry, as well as hoovering and mopping and that's it. Recharge the batteries!
CY, sorry you ended up in hospital, glad you have had better news, take it easy though.
Nicki Well done for finishing the lists last week, amazing!
piggers , hope you and piglet are doing well x
So. Off to put my feet up rather than flying at stupid o clock.
See you all tomorrow x0 -
Evening all
Welcome back Kaz & Just:hello:
I've been working all day (except for a 30min break for lunch) until 8pm since my last post. I am most definitely stopping for the night and have spent the past hour chilling as I have a cracking headache. Tomorrow I have a lot of paperwork clearing I need to do, but most of my work stuff is now away, there's just the recycling I need to sort out.
Personal:
Laundry: dog, towels,
Shower!!
Work:
mas customer
Clear work books
Much more manageable list! I'll check in in the morning and add the proper fly list. See you tomorrow :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

You will need help from OH or one of your older offspring - it needs to be someone fairly tall.
Use a room with a table and (if possible) waterproof flooring, or tell OH to put down a sheet of polythene (someone is going to spill water!). A plastic tablecloth might be necessary too.
Put the shampoo ready on the table, with a pile of towels to mop up spillages and/or to dry your hair.
Depending on who is helping you, dress yourself either in next-to-nothing or in a bin liner or waterproof jacket, then a towel round your neck.
Sit in an armless upright (dining) chair with your back to the table.
Your helper places a washing up bowl close behind you on the table and fills several jugs with warm water, then you lean back and let your long hair dangle into the bowl. Now your helper washes it for you by pouring the water while you hang on for dear life to the chair with both hands.
If - no, correct that... *When* water gets spilled on the floor or plastic sheet, please make sure it is wiped up before you try to stand up, or you will be in danger of falling over. We do not want you ending up in A&E !!!
Or do it the astronaut way.
Or do as I did and have your hair strimmed to maximum grade 7 all over - then you can just wipe it with a flannel!
