    Good Morning All,

Up enjoying a cuppa whilst the kiddies have brekkie. It is overcast here but meant to be glorious tomorrow - here's hoping! Rubbish and recycling have been put out and DW loaded. WM doing its thing (is it just me that feels I have achieved something by putting the WM on?!)

Plans for today are a kids party at noon (no lunch to make, hurrah! My kitchen will remain tidy!), then meeting friends this afternoon. I must also pop to the post office to send my tax return back to the accountant *polishes halo, this is definitely the earliest I have ever got it sorted and signed, all thanks to my bossy accountant who is super organised*.

Valli - I am so very sorry to hear that news xx
Dancemum - pleased you got some good news today
Dizzy - could you just imagine if we did all descend on the caravan and our two Tinys got together?!!
Piggers - pleased to see you posting xx

I'll check in again later, have lovely days all xx

    Morning all. Hugs to Valli.

We're going to the seaside today so will be limited flying as it has been all week really, but I have 15 mins before I need to get going so I'll have a look at the list. I have already emptied the fridge of grot stuff (picnic food that didn't get used because of the weather).

    Have a great day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Morning all,

Got back from mum and dads last night. We had part of the back wall of the house sandblasted yesterday. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. House full of dust. OH did his best to clean up before me and the kids got back, but it is still everywhere. So guess what I am doing for the rest of the day!

But first dd1 has a party this morning, and it is in town, so I'm going to run some errands while she's there (and maybe have a coffee and a bun).

Oh and while I was away OH was driving my little car and it broke down, we think for good. Boo. So looks like I'll be car shopping too at some point.

Large hugs to Valli and sister xx

    Hello Piggers !

Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
    Afternoon All

Have managed to shoe horn a few extra jobs in today.
    - Cleaned the fridge and we ate leftovers for lunch
    - Wiped out 2 cupboards (under sink and tea towel cupboard)
    - Bleached the downstairs toilet
    - Bleached the cold water outlet on the front of the fridge as it gets terrible limescale
    - Shined kitchen window

And 1 of my ebay items sold. A childrens dressing up outfit. Raised £9 so thats another item leaving the house on monday.

    Evening!

Sunshine has arrived! I'm just waiting for my lift then I'm going to my cousins, bit of a family get together. Kids are with inlaws so I've had a good tidy her and done some cooking :) made cannelloni - hmf - what a faff, will stick to lasagne in future lol.

I've also ironed the bits of uniform I meant to sort earlier in the week, and put board away etc. And sorted my toenails - scratched polish removed and redone, then gelled fingernails for good measure. I've had silence all afternoon lol, no tv or anything!

Oh and I went to pick up some packed lunch bits for DS. This coming week is my first week at home while kiddies are at school - wonder how much I will achieve, lol. Think I'll mostly focus my efforts in the garage / office. Need to clear lots of space to make a kitchenette :T

Valli I really hope the op can be done quickly and successfully for your sis, much hugs xxx

My sister told us, today, that the chemo has not worked. She is now to have a mastectomy next week, assuming she is ok to proceed. I am devastated. On a plus note bil us super-impressed with how clean the rooms I cleaned are!

So sorry to hear that, but I have 2 friends who have undergone that and both are now fine. One was more than 15 years ago when she was in her 30s. The other 2-3yrs ago. But scary for all of you. Lots of hugs .
