It will give me info to compare against new prices. Auction prices don't seem to be as competative as they used to, can remember buying a vectra at 50% off new 6mths old back in 1999. Looking at the 1yr old Focus Zetec, showing at 8k plus buyer premiums = approx 8.5k can buy this new for 10.5k. But comparing like with like, I should be saying 8.5k vs 15k full price.

Thank you for your time amd effort, it is good to know that there are some great MSE's sharing there inside knowledge.

No, it does not. The vehicles dissappear as soon as they are through the auction.

I wondered if anyone could help me, looking for a Fabia reg between 2002-2005,
1.4 diesel, or a 1.2 petrol, not fussed about mileage etc. Just wanna see whats about.

I understand your point - honestly! Fortunately, I get a lot more fun out of my other car than an Alfa (bar the 8C) could offer. Sadly, the 18-20mpg I get is just too painful for the increasingly frequent long journey's I'm making.

A late model 156 should give me some relatively sensible drive, but still provide a bit of fun. Or as much as a front wheel drive car can...

Us in the trade go mad for anything with that magical M sport badge on!

54 plate 525d SE's with leather and 60,000 ish on em are available at around 11,500 - 12,000 quid.
Add 3.0 and M sport to the equation and you wont see much change from the thick end of 15 grand!
