Hope this helps. These are cars to your spec (not sure on colours or condition) and I assumed manual gearbox and hatchback. Cars sold in the last week from 14th April '12.0 -
Private buyers please take note, BCA charges high fees for private buyers and even though I have bought five vehicle there over the past seven years for my own private use, I am very reluctant to buy there in future. My example:
April 2011 - 04/53 Mondeo 1.8LX 52k miles- Hammer price was £1300 which was quite reasonable. However, the auction fees on this car were £300! This, along with the £26 they charge every private buyer to send off the logbook turned a £1300 into a £1600+ car or in rough terms another 25%+ on the hammer price. You really need to bear this in mind as this was well into private money and remember, you can't test drive them. My Mondeo had a defunct handbrake on purchase which turned out to require new handbrake cables and refurbed rear calipers which meant another couple of hundred pounds to get it right.0 -
Thanks very much bluesntwos, much appreciated for the info!:money:0

You're looking at £7000-7500 trade. Not sure if these go for under/over book though.0 -
