It's comprehensive because this isn't a simple issue. If you want someone to wave a magic wand for you, you need to contact Paul Daniels. But that will be more difficult now than reading and understanding the newbies sticky. :)

Unless you know a clairvoyant of course :D

We answered your question so a little football discussion was called for! This is a friendly forum and we get the job done. :)

  • Bloody hell I needed some help just over a year ago with my own PCN but this blokes taking the pee!

I'd noticed that some of the regulars on here were getting less and less patient as the year has passed, (although you were all brilliant for me), answering the same questions over and over again must be frustrating but like I said in the 'READ THIS BEFORE YOU START A NEW THREAD ABOUT ZZPS or DEBT RECOVERY PLUS!' thread for most people this is a bit scary, and despite numerous threads stating certain things (ie debt crawlers cannot take you to court etc) individual assurance is worth a 1000 threads.
So I ask as a member of the (still somewhat) confused public that Coupon Mad, Quentin, Pappa Golf please be patient, I have my area of expertise as have yourselves and the vast majority appreciate your help.

I make an exception with this bloke, he (or she) comes across as a complete plank!

i think he is just trolling you all - in his/her other posts about finding work he said he deserves better than minimum wage as his skills are "easy to train and quick to learn" - he can't even be bothered to read a page of information why would you employ him to even wipe someones backside in a care home. Typical of a scrounging good for nothing bum who wants it all handed to them on a plate for nothing
if he was so quick to learn, why has it not sank in yet

Looking back though this thread, in order to get help, you will need to provide some information, another question that may be appropriate, is do you have some form of special needs/learning difficulties that makes understanding things difficult?
If so then this may have a positive outcome for you. If you have a social worker/carer/supporter or a friend then i would also suggest you ask them to take a look at this thread, join it and then allow us to help them to help you.
The main aim of the game here, is to save you money time and stress - and to prevent your hard earned/gained cash form getting itno the pockets of the parking industry.

I refer you to a previous post:

A couple of questions that will help us to help you:
Do you have a long term disability that affects your mobility, and/or do you have a blue badge ( disabled persons badge)?
Were the spaces well signed/marked as disabled?
Did you deliberately park in a disabled space? - if you did then you shouldn't, however on one end of the scales you have people who deliberately park in disabled spaces and give scumbag parking company the reason to exist, and then on the other hand you have the Parking companies. PPCs vs Disabled space abusers ( those who park in the full knowledge that its a disabled bay they are not entitled to) .
In my opinion the scales tip just ( and only just ) in favour of the motorist as PPCs will go after genuine disabled motorists and anyone else, anything that contributes to the profits of PPC world is far worse.
Instead of paying a PPC, you should seriously consider donating something ( or even better a little bit of your time) to a local group, such as a community transport group.

I tried when I created the NEWBIES thread, to write it as a flowchart BUT IT DOESN'T WORK! Not possible; it got too cluttered.

It went against the grain to give people a template appeal but finally I did, because so many idiots can't write these days. Even when we tell them to 'write a complaint to a landowner' or 'complain to the BPA by email' so many people want a stupid template. !!!!!!!
