If he parked in a disabled spot without a bb then surely he should be fined and I would hope that it does not get quashed to, You cannot just park where you want these days.

It is a pet hate of mine and the fine should be upheld that is if it actually exists.

Yup, popcorn time as I predicted to myself when I saw the OP.

Veryman - last chance to listen... There is help here, lots of it, but you are not going to get your hand held. So please get off your backside and actually do some research for yourself.

(Rather the same advice as for your banking questions actually, but I think you'll find even more robust responses on this board...)

I'd probably agree with you if the 'fine' money went to a good cause rather than into the pockets of scammers...

The BB scheme is not applicable in private car parks!

And there is no "fine" involved in private car parks!

I have no clue on the fines system here as never had one myself touch wood, I do still feel strongly on this one and there are genuine people who need these spots so if a fine goes to a Company and gets upheld from a person that should not have been there then good.

OP- It would be so much easier if you just paid the "fine".

I do agree with others that no fine exists. I also understand that police are not in the business of parking enforcement despite what the OP has stated.
