Bought 2 wardrobes from Hammonds Furniture & wished I hadn’t big problems

This seems to be going round in circles, why not get them to come to the house and watch you do it, if you must do it.

Gave hammonds a ring. Spoke to a polite lady. As far as Hammonds are concerned they have completed the order correctly. It is not the problem of the separator is needed but it is the fact that I singed the surveyor's report. To them this clearly has a separator and therefore they have complete the job to speck.

Sadly I cannon't see a separator on it (if I had I would not have signed it) and the fact I verbally agreed with both the designer and surveyor's to have no separator is makes no difference. She suggested I took it to the furniture ombudsman so this is my next course of action.

If anyone can see this separator in the pictures let me know.

Why don't you post a copy of the full working drawing?

I do not have them anymore. The fitter removed them from the back of the pack before he left.

Complaint to the furniture ombudsman is well in progress.

Got a letter from "The credit Protection Association plc" for a final demand for the remainder of the money. Such a nice company.
