    Guy Lipman within last few weeks said "Looking at the gas forward curve, it is rising from now right through the summer (eg July is higher than June, which is higher than May). Obviously anything could happen, but I'm not inclined to bet against the forward curve"

    Well i'll tell everyone something for free and that's i'm glad i'm not with Octopus. That's purely based on my own personal experience with them in the last month or so since they they started contacting me with regards to wrapping up my old Avro account. Since then they've sent me wrong emails on more than one occasion and generally given me the impression that certainly some CS there  really don't know what's happening a lot of the time.

    For example, me providing them with meter readings and them responding to say they would deduct that from my Avro balance to which i further responded saying that had already been taken off. There's been a couple of things like that. I have stated before that i'm aware that it can't have been easy taking all of these customers and the administrators at Avro possibly aren't blameless here either. However, i'd patiently waited between September and the end of April when it was them who contacted me. I haven't bothered them or hassled them at all over that time with regards to getting my balance at Avro back. Like i stated above it's only in the last month when they conatacted me again it's been far from impressive.

    Last contact from them was on 20th May to ask me for details to allow the payment of my balance to which i responded to on the day. Since then radio silence as expected.

    I think they know this themselves as probably more than half of their emails and responses to me are just apologies for the time it''s taking and also for sending misleading and wrong emails out.

    At best i would probably give 3/10 based on my experience with them.

    Is anyone else getting this where their tariff details should be on their Octopus account page? Or is it just me?
    I'm not going to bother them just yet - I know my electricity tariff, and can get the Tracker gas price from Guy Lipman's site - but it's been like this all day.

    Caution on gas rate for today, when no rate is shown by Octopus usually means issue in the feed, Guy Lipman stated rate gets amended at a later date.

    I still have error message.

    Previously when was the same two days running I asked them if there was a need to contact them, answer was "No, have just applied an update should be ok in about 4 hours", was ok the following day lol
