    No - Go Faster and Flexible.
    I think this issue is due to problems with the Tracker daily price feed.

    Still no gas unit rate for Tracker - back tomorrow?

    Electricity unit rate has been falling over the past few days - holiday related?

    IHD is recording 6.9p for gas and 22p for electric. my account isn't working either. I've had to rely on the IHD readings.

    Old dashboard seems to show all tariff rates when new dashboard is displaying error message

    I switched to the old dashboard and I can't see anything that shows the kwh per unit. All I have is the old rates on the day of sign up?

    There is a thing called "

    Today's Octopus Tracker costs"

    which seems wrong? according to the IHD I've used £1 but Octopus are saying almost over £3! The IHD is correct as its using the daily unit rate and the standing charge. I don't know what Octopus are doing. I'll see what my next bill says.

    New dashboard is still broken.

    I have just submitted my meter readings to Octopus and the dashboard updated to their version of my balance. It doesn't seem to have included the gas charges for the month but only the electricity usage has been charged.
    Anyone else having problems with Octopus Dashboard?

    It's not a problem with the dashboard. If you look at your balance history you'll most likely see something about the gas reading being verified before you are billed.

    Ordinarily, when I submit my meter readings, electricity is applied instantly, but gas is held pending review/checks; strangely, this month, both were held, with gas being applied the next day, but electricity is still held, 2 days after submission, so I still haven't received the bill.
    Something to do with me now being on Tracker, or is it because of a 23% reduction in my electricity usage compared to June 2021... or a problem with Ocotopus' system?

    Checks need people, and people mostly work Mon-Fri. I've had bills held over the weekend until the following week several times.

    FWIW, as mentioned, electricity has never been held before, and having been with Octopus since 2020, i don't recall any previous weekend delays? Perhaps Tracker is making the difference?
    Then again, maybe they don't want me to pay this month? 😂
