I switched to the old dashboard and I can't see anything that shows the kwh per unit. All I have is the old rates on the day of sign up?There is a thing called "Today's Octopus Tracker costs"
which seems wrong? according to the IHD I've used £1 but Octopus are saying almost over £3! The IHD is correct as its using the daily unit rate and the standing charge. I don't know what Octopus are doing. I'll see what my next bill says.New dashboard is still broken.0 -
I have just submitted my meter readings to Octopus and the dashboard updated to their version of my balance. It doesn't seem to have included the gas charges for the month but only the electricity usage has been charged.Anyone else having problems with Octopus Dashboard?

It's not a problem with the dashboard. Ordinarily, when I submit my meter readings, electricity is applied instantly, but gas is held pending review/checks; strangely, this month, both were held, with gas being applied the next day, but electricity is still held, 2 days after submission, so I still haven't received the bill.Something to do with me now being on Tracker, or is it because of a 23% reduction in my electricity usage compared to June 2021... or a problem with Ocotopus' system?1

Checks need people, and people mostly work Mon-Fri. FWIW, as mentioned, electricity has never been held before, and having been with Octopus since 2020, i don't recall any previous weekend delays? Perhaps Tracker is making the difference?Then again, maybe they don't want me to pay this month? 😂
