You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

Hello!
No gym this morn as its rest-day! so went to look for clothes for DD - whose trousers suddenly look like they've had a row with her ankles:rotfl: Then I went a bought her a pink dance bag from sainsburys for her ballet shoes/leotard next week and me and DH treated ourselves to a cappucino in the cafe! thats our excitement sorted:rotfl: (sorry N9eav our coffee was fine).
Got some old neighbours coming over from France at 1pm, so a few of the neighbours are getting together for a glass of vino and chat.
Car has to go in for MOT this afternoon, hope thats ok as the other "smokey" car cant go in till monday!
I wont be weighing myself on the challenge, I like to judge by my clothes fitting for awhile!:D

Redruby - that is terrible definately complain. I have the Mirena and although it was uncomfortable to be fitted Ive not regretted it. Bleeding settled down after a couple of months to 2 days and very light.
DS has been driving me mad today - non stop chattering. Wanted doc to tell me he was fine but we had a very nice locum who took a long time examining him and advised that he thought it was nothing but need to keep a good eye on him this weekend and keep an eye out for apendicitus (sp) ! I really dont think anything is wrong with him apart from back to schoolitus.
Have now done nothing at all today so will have loads to catch up on next week.0 -
Hello
I am a bit happy today because a few weeks ago I was regularly spending £100 per week on groceries at morrisons.
I have changed to a combination of Tescos (for fruit and veg) and Lidl for other staples, and got it down to around £70.:D
But today, thanks to all your advice, I did a meal plan for the week and I got my grocery bill down to just £52. Which isn't too bad for a family of five - ok one is only five months but he still eats!:j
I am also going to start doing more cooking, which I haven't been doing but with all the scary things they are putting in foods these days I think I ought to start - again.
So I would just like to say thank you for all the OS advice, and recipes, and other stuff, that keeps me entertained and encouraged.
Ta muchly!

Hi!
Hurray it's Friday! :j :j
DD1 and DH are having their sax lesson in the front room and DD2 is around the corner playing at her friend's house. Work was busy again but the new children seem to be settling in ok.
Tonight's tea is lazy tea...fish and chips from the freezer and it's sweetie night for the kids.
Hope everyone has a good evening.0
